Rosemary herb, cut & sifted (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Herbal teas are soothing when sipped warm and refreshing over ice.
For hot tea: Pour 8oz of fresh boiled water over a teabag. Steep 5-15 minutes, depending upon desired strength. Use two teabags for a stronger tea. Sweeten to taste with natural sweeteners such as honey, agave, or stevia.
For ice tea: Simple pour over ice after steeping and adding sweetener.
